This three storey town house has a fantastic central location, situated between the marina and the town centre. One of the bedrooms has its own private outside patio area. Room rates range from £252 – £392 per month, (excluding council tax at approximately £82 per month which is payable directly to the council), depending on the room size, and all rooms are fully furnished with double beds, mattress and mattress protector, as well as a wall hung, flat screen TV. With the exception of council tax, the room rates include all utility bills, wireless internet and a weekly cleaner. The property has a lovely light communal area that comprises a fully equipped kitchen, dining and sofa/seating area with TV, washing machine and separate tumble dryer.
The house is located next to the popular marina/docklands area that offers many bars/restaurants and great night life. The new university building is only a 5 minute walk from the house and it is a mere 2 minute walk to the town centre and main bus station that offers links all over Suffolk. There is NO PARKING offered with this property, but there is a car park behind the house which is a ‘Pay as you Go’, being ideal for visitors or a short stay, and another car park opposite the house for which there is no charge in the late evening/overnight.

If it is not possible for you to attend a viewing and meet us in person, then we would require a video call with you, in place of a face to face meeting, in which we would talk you through the application process to ensure you are happy and able to fulfil our application criteria.
Please be aware that we require a holding fee one week’s rent to secure the room whilst we take you through the application process. Our application process includes references, checking ID and share codes if you are not a UK resident. Once the application process is complete, we will then require a full month’s rent as a deposit, minus the one week’s holding fee you have already paid. These deposit details will then be entered into the ‘Mydeposits’ scheme and you will be issued with a certificate as proof of this protection. The day that you move into the property we will require another month’s rent for the month ahead. To help your budgeting, basically we require a payment of two months’ rent (broken down in the three stages as described above) before we can let you move in.
