This fourth floor, 2 bedroom flat, was built in 2007 and is surprisingly spacious. There are two bedrooms in the property: a large double for £420 per month and a small double for £375. The large double has floor to ceiling mirrored wardrobes so lots of storage space, a double bed and a desk. The small double has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Both have a TV point and lock on the bedroom door for privacy. The communal area comprises a large lounge/diner with views over the communal courtyard garden and River Gipping. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, a large fridge freezer and ample cupboard space, and the bathroom consists of a shower over the bath. Outside space is offered in the form of a communal garden.

The flat is located opposite Ipswich train station so perfect for commuting. It also has excellent access out of Ipswich to the A12 and A14.
Limited parking spaces are available for renting in the underground secure car park situated in the basement so it would ideally suit a tenant that doesn’t require parking.

Please be aware that we require a holding fee one week’s rent to secure the room whilst we take you through the application process. Our application process includes references, checking ID and share codes if you are not a UK resident. Once the application process is complete, we will then require a full month’s rent as a deposit, minus the one week’s holding fee you have already paid. These deposit details will then be entered into the ‘Mydeposits’ scheme and you will be issued with a certificate as proof of this protection. The day that you move into the property we will require another month’s rent for the month ahead. ​To help your budgeting, basically we require a payment of two months’ rent (broken down in the three stages as described above) before we can let you move in.
