We are a small family run business that was set up in 2005 by Managing Director, Lucy Lea, which specialises in the running of HMOs (Rooms to Rent) in Ipswich, predominantly around the town centre. We understand we are the only HMO specialist agents in Ipswich and endeavour to provide solutions for whatever your property needs are, not just meeting your expectations but exceeding them. We believe that excellent communication with all our landlords and tenants is the key to a happy and successful business and working life. We tailor all our management agreements to specific landlord requirements and carry out annual meetings with our landlords to discuss any issues to ensure the property is performing to its maximum capability.

Meet Our Team
Skye is the newest member of the LEA team, having joined us in October 2020 on Level 3 Business Administration.
Emma’s role is to deal with the whole tenant process from start to finish.
Simon has been with LEA Property Solutions since 2018. He was the third member to join the team and it is good to balance the team with a male!
Laura is an energetic member of our team and is our Senior Property Manager having worked for LEA Property Solutions for the last six years.
