We’re delighted to introduce Jack, one of our Property Managers here at LEA Property Solutions.

Before joining the property industry, Jack spent the last 8 years working in care. During that time he developed a huge range of transferable skills including compassion, strong communication, people management, administration, and the ability to think on his feet when problem solving, all qualities that translate brilliantly into property management.

Starting something completely new can feel daunting, but Jack has said the support he’s received from the team has been incredible from day one. Everyone has been so welcoming and generous with their knowledge, which has made the transition into his new role much easier.

He’s really enjoying learning something new every day and developing his skills as he grows with the team here at LEA.

Fun fact: Jack is absolutely obsessed with Christmas. His house transforms into a real-life Santa’s grotto each year with 14 Christmas trees, thousands of baubles and decorations everywhere 🎄

When he’s not planning Christmas, Jack is passionate about gardening, the perfect balance to all that festive decorating.

We’re really excited to have Jack as part of Team LEA and look forward to seeing him grow in his role.
