We are so glad you are considering moving into one our properties. We love to welcome new tenants to our properties. Here is some more information for new tenants regarding our services and processes;
We ask for holding fee to be paid onto our bank account of one weeks rent to secure the room. Then we ask you for a further top up deposit payment to equal one months rent which is then protected with mydeposits and refunded to you at the end of your tenancy in accordance with the terms and conditions. We protect your deposit (holding fee + top up deposit payment = one months rent) with mydeposits. Please read the INFORMATION FOR TENANTS CUSTODIAL for further clarification.
We invite you to join our friendship scheme on a no obligation basis. This would suit tenants who have relocated to Ipswich and are looking to make new friends. Please read FRIENDSHIP SCHEME INFORMATION for further details on how our scheme works.
