This corner end, four bedroom terraced property, was renovated in March 2015 to accommodate working professionals. Ann Street is a centrally located residential road, just off the town centre end of Norwich Road. It is a two minute walk into the town and also to many main bus routes.
The house has a total of four spacious bedrooms, two very large doubles for £425 per month and two medium sized doubles for £380. Each room is fully furnished with a wardrobe, double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, full length mirror, TV point, wireless internet throughout the house and a lock on every bedroom door for privacy. The house also has two shower rooms (shared between the four tenants), a communal kitchen/diner equipped with breakfast bar/dining area, a large fridge freezer, oven, hob, washing machine/tumble dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster and a large wall hung TV. There is a small private garden with a washing line and a separate rear entrance (in addition to the front entrance) from the two off-road parking spaces.
We are happy to send you video tours of any of our available properties as well of the individual bedrooms on Whatsapp in case you are not able to view the property in person. If it is not possible for you to attend a viewing and meet us in person, then we would require a video call with you, in place of a face to face meeting, in which we would talk you through the application process to ensure you are happy and able to fulfil our application criteria.
Please be aware that we require a holding fee one week’s rent to secure the room whilst we take you through the application process. Our application process includes references, checking ID and share codes if you are not a UK resident. Once the application process is complete, we will then require a full month’s rent as a deposit, minus the one week’s holding fee you have already paid. These deposit details will then be entered into the ‘Mydeposits’ scheme and you will be issued with a certificate as proof of this protection. The day that you move into the property we will require another month’s rent for the month ahead. To help your budgeting, basically we require a payment of two months’ rent (broken down in the three stages as described above) before we can let you move in.
