This is a house share based on four sharing so ideal for making new friends. There are four bedrooms in the property: a large double for £420 per month, two medium sized doubles for £390 and a small double for £360. All rooms are furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and have a TV point and lock on the bedroom door.

The house is located in east Ipswich, one of the most sought-after areas  in which to live, and is a 5 minute walk from the new university building and  popular marina area that offers many bars/restaurants and night life. The town centre is a mere 10-15 minute walk and a 2 minute walk will take you to Foxhall Road where there are several convenience stores, for example the Co-op, pharmacy, tanning salon, barber and various takeaways.

Permanent parking is offered on Devonshire Road which runs down the side of the house and there are no restrictions here or on other neighbouring roads. There is a single yellow line outside the front of the property which means you can park there after 6pm and before 8am Monday – Saturday and all day Sunday.

Please be aware that we require a holding fee one week’s rent to secure the room whilst we take you through the application process. Our application process includes references, checking ID and share codes if you are not a UK resident. Once the application process is complete, we will then require a full month’s rent as a deposit, minus the one week’s holding fee you have already paid. These deposit details will then be entered into the ‘Mydeposits’ scheme and you will be issued with a certificate as proof of this protection. The day that you move into the property we will require another month’s rent for the month ahead. ​To help your budgeting, basically we require a payment of two months’ rent (broken down in the three stages as described above) before we can let you move in.
