For drivers, Grove Lane/Foxhall Road connects directly to the A12 so this is fantastic access to all areas on this route. There are many local shops just a three minute walk away, including a co-op, independent café, barbers and pizza restaurant. Two local cinemas can be found less than a mile away from the house for film buffs!

We are preferably looking for quiet and considerate working professional tenants to treat this property as their home and work alongside the weekly cleaner to keep it up to the high standard we expect. All ensuite bathrooms (but not the bedrooms) are cleaned on a rota system, as well as the communal areas being cleaned weekly as a complimentary service with no additional charge to our tenants.
