There is one off road parking space offered with this property which is an additional £40.00 per month. There is also a hidden and locked bike storage cupboard at the front of the property so ideal for tenants that cycle to work. The  lovely, private and spacious back garden has a patio area and table and chairs directly outside the back door and decking area with table and chairs at the bottom of the garden that looks out over the river.

This property is a 30-second (thats not a mis-type!) walk from Ipswich Train Station, a 5 minute walk from the popular marina area, and a 13 minute walk to the town centre. The 66 bus route stops at the train station and goes directly to BT (at Martlesham Adastral Park) and Ipswich hospital. 3 major supermarkets can be found 1 – 1.5 miles away and two local cinemas can be found less than a 5 minute walk away from the house for film buffs!

We are looking for quiet and considerate working professional tenants to treat this property as their home and work alongside the weekly cleaner to keep it up to the outstanding standard we expect. The ensuite bathrooms are cleaned (but not the bedrooms) on a rota system as a complimentary service with no additional charge to tenants.
