This three storey town house is situated close to Christchurch park in a very quiet residential road. It has been under our mangement since late November 2021 so we are slowly updating all areas of the property to match its stylish exterior and neighbouring properties. It offers six spacious bedrooms and plenty of communal space to include a conservatory dedicated to secure bike storage. The communal space is highly desired compromising of a good size kitchen/diner, separate lounge/TV area and separate laundry area in the conservatory as well as the bike storage. The kitchen/diner has a really large window one end which looks into the well maintained, leafy and private garden and patio area.  The six bedrooms share  two shower rooms and a separate toilet between them. The bedrooms range from £450 – £475 per month depending on the room size, and all rooms are fully furnished with double bed frames, mattress and mattress protector, wardrobes, desk and bedside table. The room rates include all utility bills, wireless internet,  weekly cleaner, monthly gardener and bi monthly window cleaner to ensure the property is maintained to the best possible standard. 

The house offers one parking permit that is issued on a first come first served basis for tenants to park in the bays outside the property. The town centre is a 10 minute walk or it is a 3 minute walk down the hill to catch a bus that runs every 10 minutes to the town centre for rainy days! 

We are happy to send you video tours of any of our available properties as well of the individual bedrooms on Whatsapp in case you are not able to view the property in person. If it is not possible for you to attend a viewing and meet us in person, then we would require a video call with you, in place of a face to face meeting, in which we would talk you through the application process to ensure you are happy and able to fulfil our application criteria.
Please be aware that we require a holding fee one week’s rent to secure the room whilst we take you through the application process. Our application process includes references, checking ID and share codes if you are not a UK resident. Once the application process is complete, we will then require a full month’s rent as a deposit, minus the one week’s holding fee you have already paid. These deposit details will then be entered into the ‘Mydeposits’ scheme and you will be issued with a certificate as proof of this protection. The day that you move into the property we will require another month’s rent for the month ahead. ​To help your budgeting, basically we require a payment of two months’ rent (broken down in the three stages as described above) before we can let you move in.
