The monthly rental is fully inclusive of all bills, including a high speed internet of 500mb per second. There is no parking offered with this property; however, there is parking in nearby roads close by, such as Woodville Road or Devonshire Road.
Each of the five en suite bedrooms range from £550 – £600 and benefit from dimmable main lighting and a 32 inch back lit LED TV which includes a fire stick and Netflix package. The double beds all have an upgraded slatting, a deluxe mattress as well as under bed storage and a back lit colour changing LED headboard. The generously sized built in wardrobes all have automatic lighting and have more than adequate storage: 3 drawers, two shelves and full hanging space. There is also a bedside table and lamp in all the bedrooms, and two of the rooms come complete with a desk. The double blind system allows sheer blinds for privacy and in addition blackout blinds for sleeping. All rooms have sofa style armchairs or a two-seater sofa and lap table for working or dining. Three out of the five en suite bathrooms have a large shower enclosure (900mm) so please double check with us which bedrooms have this luxury if this is on your wish list! Foxhall Road is in East Ipswich which is currently the most sought after area in which to live, being a short walk to the town centre and the very popular marina area. It benefits from being on the main bus route for the BT Adastral Park and the hospital. There are a handful of shops and takeaway restaurants within a 2 minute walk from the property and include a Co-op and pizza restaurant.

If it is not possible for you to attend a viewing and meet us in person, then we would require a video call with you, in place of a face to face meeting, in which we would talk you through the application process to ensure you are happy and able to fulfil our application criteria.
Please be aware that we require a holding fee one week’s rent to secure the room whilst we take you through the application process. Our application process includes references, checking ID and share codes if you are not a UK resident. Once the application process is complete, we will then require a full month’s rent as a deposit, minus the one week’s holding fee you have already paid. These deposit details will then be entered into the ‘Mydeposits’ scheme and you will be issued with a certificate as proof of this protection. The day that you move into the property we will require another month’s rent for the month ahead. To help your budgeting, basically we require a payment of two months’ rent (broken down in the three stages as described above) before we can let you move in.
