It is situated in East Ipswich, close to the hospital (10 minutes on a bus) and on Foxhall Road which is the road leading out to the A12 and BT. The house boasts a kitchen/lounge/dining area with dedicated sofa and TV area and breakfast bar with seating. There are five double bedrooms in the property, ranging in size and price from £425 – £455, all sharing the two bathrooms situated on the ground floor.

Parking for the property is on Fushia Lane, the unrestrcited road that runs down the side of the house. There are regular buses to the hospital and town centre at the bus stop outside the house. It is a house share based on five working professionals sharing, so ideal for making new friends if you are a newcomer to the area. We encourage communal living in our properties and would add you to the house WhatsApp group on the day you move in to allow you to communicate with your fellow house mates.

We are happy to send you video tours of any of our available properties as well of the individual bedrooms on Whatsapp in case you are not able to view the property in person. If it is not possible for you to attend a viewing and meet us in person, then we would require a video call with you, in place of a face to face meeting, in which we would talk you through the application process to ensure you are happy and able to fulfil our application criteria.
Please be aware that we require a holding fee one week’s rent to secure the room whilst we take you through the application process. Our application process includes references, checking ID and share codes if you are not a UK resident. Once the application process is complete, we will then require a full month’s rent as a deposit, minus the one week’s holding fee you have already paid. These deposit details will then be entered into the ‘Mydeposits’ scheme and you will be issued with a certificate as proof of this protection. The day that you move into the property we will require another month’s rent for the month ahead. ​To help your budgeting, basically we require a payment of two months’ rent (broken down in the three stages as described above) before we can let you move in.
