This semi-detached house was renovated in May 2018 to purposely accommodate working professionals. Springhurst Close, situated off Spring Road, despite being central is a very quiet, residential cul-de-sac. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the town centre (or hospital in the opposite direction) and there are main bus routes which run into town and out to the hospital every 10 minutes.

The house has a total of four bedrooms ranging from £375 – £490 per month, depending on size. Each room is fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, TV point, wireless internet throughout the house and a lock on every bedroom door. The largest room (£490) has a triple wardrobe, large chest of drawers, dining chairs and table, sofa overlooking the private garden and plenty of space for additional furniture, so ideal if you need a lot of storage for clothes/personal belongings. This really large bedroom also has patio doors leading to the back garden, so ideal access to the garden for a smoker. The second largest room (£410) is also  spacious with a built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and again plenty of space if you wanted to add additional furniture. The two smaller bedrooms (£375) are small but still have double beds, wardrobes and a chest of drawers so would suit somebody looking for lower priced accommodation in a small but comfortable room in a lovely home.

The house also has two shower rooms (shared between the four tenants), a communal kitchen/diner/lounge which is equipped with a dining table, a large full-sized fridge, separate full-sized freezer, oven, hob, washer/dryer, microwave, kettle and toaster and the lounge area has a sofa and TV, with patio doors leading to an outside dining area. There are two private gardens at the property, one at the front complete with a patio set which is ideal for BBQs in the summer months and a private garden at the back with a lawn and washing line. Both gardens are maintained by a gardener and all communal areas are cleaned weekly by one of our expert cleaning team.

If it is not possible for you to attend a viewing and meet us in person, then we would require a video call with you, in place of a face to face meeting, in which we would talk you through the application process to ensure you are happy and able to fulfil our application criteria.
Please be aware that we require a holding fee one week’s rent to secure the room whilst we take you through the application process. Our application process includes references, checking ID and share codes if you are not a UK resident. Once the application process is complete, we will then require a full month’s rent as a deposit, minus the one week’s holding fee you have already paid. These deposit details will then be entered into the ‘Mydeposits’ scheme and you will be issued with a certificate as proof of this protection. The day that you move into the property we will require another month’s rent for the month ahead. ​To help your budgeting, basically we require a payment of two months’ rent (broken down in the three stages as described above) before we can let you move in.
