After having had a number of bad experiences at my last property down to bad choices of tenants from the person responsible for new flat mates all the evidence points to a different experience for my new home, with this property a company was representing for the client and not only was I given a lovely viewing with someone who assured me any issues or noise or bad behaviour would be dealt with, but on picking up my keys today I was personally met by two employees of the Company at the venue who went through all things one would need to know regards the property, including reporting any issues big or small straight away with example cookers or heating issues, a total tutorial of of my spaces in the property for me, cupboards, fridge etc, and the use of washers and dryers, and explain on other things around the property and my room, they answered all my questions!! I’m hopeful of a much nicer experience with this Company and property and all the evidence points to this!
