The accommodation was exactly as pictured: clean, well-decorated, and well-maintained. A weekly cleaner helps keep the place in excellent condition, and the presence of CCTV provides a reassuring level of safety. After speaking with a friend, I learned the agency is well known in Ipswich for their high standards and well-kept apartments, and I can now confirm this myself.
