It is 10 minute walk (0.5 miles) to the town centre or if you need to catch a train then it is also a 10 minute walk from Ipswich Station (0.5 miles) in the opposite direction. There are 3 doctors surgeries a 13 – 17 minute walk away depending on which one you pick.  Food shopping is not a problem as there is a Tesco Express less than half a mile away. If you enjoy visiting the cinema, there is an Empire and a Cineworld cinema also under half a mile from the property. IP2 is  a very central location and the rooms will be taken quickly so securing an early viewing would be recommended.
