There is feature lighting above the beds in all the rooms, USB sockets and 32-inch flat screen TVs with a bedside remote control. All bedrooms are accessed by a Yale smart lock, giving keyless entry to tenants via a fob, and any bedrooms facing the roadside have secondary glazing to eliminate any noise from the road.

Our cleaner attends the property weekly to clean all the communal areas and one of the ensuites on six weekly rotation basis to ensure the house is maintained to the high cleanliness standard we expect. There is also a monthly gardener and three-monthly window cleaner (both complimentary services at no charge).

Woodbridge Road is on a major bus route for many buses and the town centre is only a short walk from the property where there are two bus stations for connecting routes all over Suffolk. There are two train stations within walking distance – Derby Road is about 0.9 miles away (18 min walk) and Ipswich Train Station is approximately 1.2 miles away (24 min walk).
