There is no parking offered with this property but guests can park a 3-5 minutes walk away in unrestricted roads such as Woodville Road. There is a lovely, private and secure back garden with patio area which is accessible via the back door in the utility room. As there is no access to the road from the garden, we are not able to offer bike storage.

The property is a short walk from the popular Alexandra Park and is also a short walk from the popular marina area along with the town centre. Grove Lane (leading off St Helens Street) has a 66 Bus Route so ideal for BT and hospital workers. Ipswich Hospital is just over a mile away (33-minute walk) and Ipswich Rail Station is also just over a mile away in the opposite direction (a 31-minute walk). For drivers, Grove Lane/Foxhall Road connects directly to the A12, so this is fantastic access to all areas on this route. There are many local shops just a four-minute walk away, including an Indian takeaway, café, and a convenience store. Two local cinemas can be found less than a mile away from the house for film buffs!

We are looking for a quiet and considerate working professional tenant to treat this property as their home and work alongside the weekly cleaner to keep it up to the outstanding standard we expect. All communal areas and bathrooms (but not the bedrooms) are cleaned on a weekly basis as a complimentary service with no additional charge to tenants.
